David has more than 12+ years experience of engineering, consulting, training and management in industrial automation and power systems, variable speed drives and motors from small engineering and consulting businesses, to large multi-national corporations such as PDL, Schneider and ABB.  

David has provided consulting engineering and project management on a number of process automation, motors & drives systems, power quality, energy efficiency, and productivity improvement projects throughout Australia and overseas. His services include engineering design, energy and power quality auditing, technical support, on site commissioning, service, training, feasibility studies and project implementation. 

David has also managed the National Service and Drives Projects business for ABB Australia employing 26 staff focusing on the service and maintenance of ABB equipment and supply of turn-key projects for power electronics, drives, motors and automation systems.    

David has facilitated many training course throughout Australia and internationally on motor efficiency, AC/DC drives, energy efficiency and auditing, surge protection and, power quality and protection systems. He has a passion for teaching and enjoys interactive participation of the training environment, we are sure you will gain much insight and many new skills in dealing with him.
